I fell off the face of the planet... sorry 'bout that.

So I haven't updated in forever. Here's what's been happening:

The job is going well. Went to New Mexico a few weeks ago for a NAGPRA training and a few site visits. Before that I also attended a Nation NAGPRA government representatives meeting at NPS, and last Monday I went with my boss to a Fish and Wild Life Law Enforcement training workshop to give another NAGPRA presentation. Additionally, I had the pleasure of going to Utah this week to help out with this: "3 More..." (Side note: I may have been in the court room watching the above mentioned events yesterday morning.) Otherwise, it's the same old, same old. Don't get me wrong though, my "same old" is still very interesting, thus I'm enjoying my time at work.

Two weekends ago I attended the SAAs in St. Louis and volunteered my time at the Native American Scholarship silent auction booth between attending fascinating lectures, participating in quality CRM expo schmoozing, and catching up with old professors, friends, and colleagues. It was a great 5 days, and I'm looking forward to next year's conference in Sacramento.

The only other updates (realize much more has happened, but this update is sort of a "drive by" of the last month's highlights) are that I only have a month left in DC. This means I'll be walking in graduation in 3 weeks (despite having actually finished in January) and heading to Antigua in 6 weeks. Oh, and I'm desperately looking for jobs starting in August that will last for between 9-12 months. If anybody knows of anything archie/anthro/museum related, please, please, please let me know!!!!

That's it for now. I feel like I'm missing a lot (because I am), but those are definantly the biggies.

Hope all of you guys are well!
